Being a teacher is one of the most rewarding, fulfilling and yet challenging careers. At BPSE, we believe that as a teacher your role is essential because of the impact you can have on the lives of students that you teach. And thus, becoming a teacher is not a decision to be made lightly. It's essential that you evaluate the role and see whether this is in fact the job for you.

Regular professional development workshops are held, supported by VSAT technology, as well as programmes facilitated by other external training agencies and teacher training programmes. The internal programs also allow for the integration for teaching techniques within the KPGS family through exchange program, motivational workshops.

In addition, the school has its own resource centre to ensure that all its teachers employ innovative and effective teaching methods.
